Enrico was born in 1964 and completed his PhD in Economics at the University of Turin. With more than three decades of academic and consulting experience, he has advised both corporations and government bodies on economic strategy. Enrico contributes his wealth of knowledge as a mentor and advisor, shaping the firm’s vision for the future.

Paolo Galli – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Paolo was born in 1970 and graduated with an MSc in Accounting from the University of Naples Federico II. He has held senior finance roles for over 25 years, including serving as CFO at a major logistics group.Paolo is responsible for fiscal stability and long-term financial strategy, guiding the firm toward sustainable growth.

Bianca Moretti – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Bianca was born in 1980, graduating from MSc in Business Administration, Bocconi University (Milan) at the top of her class. In 2023 she founded the firm after two decades in international finance. Known for her sharp negotiation skills and calm leadership style, she has grown the company into a respected player in the European market. Outside the office, she supports women in business mentorship programs.

Marco Ricci – Financial Analyst

Marco was born in 1996 and completed his MSc in Finance at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. He began his career at Mediobanca, where he developed expertise in financial modeling and risk analysis. Marco provides detailed market assessments and supports investment decisions with analytical precision.

Chiara Lombardi – Project Manager

Chiara was born in 1993 and graduated with an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Torino. She began her career at Accenture, where she specialized in project optimization and organizational efficiency. Since joining the firm, Chiara has overseen complex client projects with precision and dedication, driving results through structured leadership.
