Every application goes through a strict verification process to guarantee reliability and security for both parties.
Do I need a perfect credit history?
No, but to maximize your loan chances and get a higher asset, you would need decent to good credit score. At Moretti Finance generally, we assess your financial potential, not just your past. While a positive credit record helps, it’s not the only factor, and we evaluate income flow, collateral, project strength, and repayment strategy. Our approach is personal and strategic. We build deals that make sense, not automated rejections.
Can I apply without being in Italy?
Yes. We work with international clients worldwide. If you operate or reside outside Italy, you can still apply, provided your documentation meets European financial compliance standards. Digital verification is available to fast track your application without in person visits.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We handle such cases professionally. If you face short term financial difficulty, our team will contact you to restructure the payment plan and avoid penalties. Persistent default, however, can lead to contractual interest adjustments or legal action, as defined in your agreement. Transparency is key and we expect the same from our clients.
What is the maximum I can realistically get?
For individual clients, we typically fund up to €250,000 depending on financial stability and collateral. For businesses, investments, and corporate structures we can go up to €5,000,000 with flexible repayment terms. All cases are evaluated individually by our credit assessment team to ensure optimal structure and compliance.
Do you charge any upfront fees?
No. We do not charge any pre-payment or hidden setup fees. All costs and interest terms are clearly presented in the client’s official agreement before signing.
